About Department
BMS course is an undergraduate course designed to study analytical aspects of Business Management and get in-depth knowledge in several managerial or business-related subjects such as human resource management, economics, marketing, business analytics, etc.
It is a 3-year full-time degree program split into six semesters. The course's ambitious objectives include developing, enhancing, and reinforcing the managerial skills necessary to succeed in a global environment.Each course's material has been carefully crafted to give students the knowledge and skill sets they need to be industry-ready as well as stimulate innovative and entrepreneurial thinking.
In addition to classroom lectures, the teaching pedagogy for the course's several papers also include case studies, presentations, group discussions, role-plays, etc. Through seminars, summer internships, field surveys, and other activities, students are given the chance to develop and display managerial abilities. Learning that is student-centered emphasizes techniques and abilities that support independent problem-solving and perpetual growth.
The Department organizes Industrial Visits for B.M.S students to get them exposure to Industry and Management. In addition to being entrepreneurs and inventors, B.M.S. graduates hold positions in reputable multinational firms and organizations.

Answer: BMS – Bachelor in Management Studies Bachelor of Management Studies or BMS is an undergraduate program for management studies. The course allows students to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to assume management positions in a wide range of organizations. Management Studies program provides students with a solid foundation in the field of management and strategy designing. The electives allow students to develop deeper knowledge in specific areas of interest – finance, marketing, human resource management and management of global business. In addition to business management courses, it will equip students to the functioning of Organizations in national and international environments. Student centric learning focuses on making future business leaders.
When do I come for seeking admission for FYBMS?
Answer: An admission for FYBMS starts in second week of June.
When and where do I procure the Admission Form from?
Answer: An online registration form can be procured from KLE College’s Official Website.
Why do we need a KLE admission portal?
Answer: KLE admission portal is made to simplify the institute-level admission process based on the merit list where the applicant can fill their details online and once selected on the basis of merit list can apply for admission by paying the required amount of fees.
When will the merit list be declared?
Answer: The date and time will be notified on the portal of KLE College’s Official Website.
Can I use this admission portal without registering as a User?
Answer: No. You need to register, to use the features of this portal.
Do we have the option to Login as a Guest User?
Answer: No. We do not have option of guest user. You need to register on the portal to apply for institute-level admission.
What details should I have before going for registration?
Answer:Before commencing the registration process, request you to keep the below-mentioned details ready. (Phone Number, Email ID, ABC ID, Scanned Copies of Aadhaar Card, Signature, 10th Mark sheet, 12th Mark sheet &Passport Size Photograph.)

Is there any Entrance Examination for admission to BMS?
Answer: No Entrance exams are conducted for BMS Program.
What are the eligibility requirements for the admission in BMS under University of Mumbai? Answer: The eligibility requirements:
- Students must clear the Higher Secondary Examination.
- Students belonging to reserved categories – SC/ST/CW/PWD/EWS must obtain relevant Certificates.
- ABC ID
Is there any project or practical work conducted for BMS program?
Answer: There are assignments for BMS program and project work in TYBMS.
Is KLE Society’s Science & Commerce College a private/ deemed university?
Answer:No. The degrees offered by the KLE Society’s Science & Commerce College are from the University of Mumbai.
Is the degree recognized all over the world?
Answer: Yes, the degree offered is recognized &the students are eligible to take admission in any university in the world.
How is the Campus Recruitment?
Answer: The Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the Institution. The management is fully invested in providing sound infrastructure and human resources to maintain the Training and Placement Cell and the resulting opportunities the cell provides to students of the College. Students are encouraged to take initiative to develop their attitude in the workplace and soft skills and are given the opportunity to develop technical skills along with analytical capabilities.
