The primary objective of a Training and Placement Cell (TPC) is to facilitate the placement of students in suitable jobs and to enhance their overall employ ability.This is achieved through various activities, including career counseling, skill development programs, and building strong industry connections.

Aims & Objectives:

• The TPC aims to secure the highest possible number of placements for graduating students in reputable companies.
• Providing training and guidance to students to improve their technical skills, reasoning abilities, and aptitude to meet industry standards.
• Offering career counseling, workshops, and seminars to help students identify their career interests and develop a clear career path.
• Preparing students for the recruitment process through mock interviews, resume writing workshops, and aptitude test training.
• Acting as a liaison between students, alumni, and the industry to facilitate communication and placement opportunities.
