STOCK CHECKING COMMITTEE
About:
This committee verifies the stock of all material both consumable and non consumable acquired over a period of time in the institution as it is a prerequisite of audit as and when conducted by the college.
Aims & Objectives:
- To carry out stock verification of all equipment and consumables in every department.
- To ensure that equipment and consumables are kept safely and not misused or misplaced.
- To create sense of responsibility.
- To assess the reports after annual stock verification.
